Bonus, I had another package to ship and was impressed with how knowledgeable she was on rates. She shopped various carrier and category rates and actually saved me $10.00 shipping on just one package by asking me just a few questions. Most times employees will just weigh or measure the package and apply the general higher rate. “This FedEx OnSite is located inside an OfficeMax. I drove past it because I was expecting to see a small storefront or some acknowledgment that a FedEx location was there. However, I remembered years ago, at another location, I found it located inside an OfficeMax. Once inside the store, the signs are highly visible for FedEx services. Very clean operation due to the same OfficeMax personnel who handles all transactions.”
