“Amy was terrific. We went in to see a specific mattress in her store, and although she didn’t have one in stock in her store, she sent us to another store, very close by, so we could try it out. We loved the mattress and called her the next day to purchase it. We did the whole transaction on line, it was very easy, it’s being delivered to us on the day we requested and she gave us several discounts and perks. She’s so nice, accommodating, intelligent and thorough. Really a great mattress-buying experience. We loved her store manager, Harry, too - truly a nice guy! This is our store for mattresses from now on! PS - They told us if we ever found a better deal on the mattress, to call them and they’d refund us the difference - well, on Black Friday, they had a sale, and I called and Carlos very cheerfully refunded $642 to our credit card! We just got married and our families present is an Outdoor Kitchen for the house we just purchased, we got a nice tour from the guys and are super excited to get it. We liked the Maui 10 and we have to get the right measurements. The fact that we don't need permits is great. And we like to support American products. Michael is extremely savvy of their products. “I went into Ethan Allan in Fort Lauderdale and Marc Pepper pulled together everything I needed to furnish my renovated New York City apartment living room/dining area within my 2 day visit. We discussed my wall and floor colors and he looked at the measurements of my space. We picked pieces I liked and the next day I came back after he pulled ideas for fabrics. He helped me be realistic about space management and picked pieces that would allow a nice flow in the room. I purchased a sectional, large ottoman, swivel chair, an area rug, side tables, lamp, dining table and chairs, a sideboard, a chandelier, and an entertainment unit. He gave me a delivery schedule and followed through to make sure things went smoothly and addressed all of my questions. And the warehouse delivery people were efficient and accommodating for my deliveries. I couldn’t be happier with my space.”

“Ask for salesman Christion aka Chris. I walked in 20 minutes before closing and he listened to my needs and provided me with so many options. He looked at inventory to help narrow everything down. He even suggested floor model items to help save me money since I just had a baby. Within 45 minutes (yes, he stayed after closing just for me) we picked out an option and he set up timely delivery. The smoothest transaction possible and it was all thanks to Chris! Highly recommend!!”
“I had a great experience buying a couch from Sol at Lovesac. I was initially wary of the couch-buying process because I had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture a few years ago. But, once going to the Lovesac showroom and trying out the couch, I couldn’t find a couch I liked better anywhere else. The store also had great reviews regarding delivery times. The couch was more expensive than I was hoping to spend but they have deals going on very often, for instance, I got an “open quote” deal of 30% off. My couch pieces shipped and arrived to me within the 2-3 week time frame that Sol quoted me (they have a bunch of fabrics to choose from that ship within 2-3 weeks). The entire couch and covers ship in separate boxes via FedEx to your door. However, not all of the covers shipped together so I used a blanket to cover my seats so I could enjoy my couch while the rest of the covers shipped. Assembly was not too difficult. I’m a 24 year old woman and I was able to assemble my 2-seater couch with ottoman in a day. You can hire a taskrabbit to do it for you for under $100, if you don’t feel like you can do it by yourself. And my favorite part is that in the future, I can change up my couch if I decide I want a different fabric, or if I want to turn my ottoman into a 3rd seat! I would definitely recommend Lovesac to others.”

“I love out of the closet! On this day they were having a mega sale on a plethora of clothes in the parking lot, $2 per item. They do that every once in a while but they have the best men’s selection for a thrift store in the area. They have tons of selections especially for jeans and shirts, which are color coordinated, as well as books! It’s the best place to beef up your book collection for only $1 a book sometimes. They also have a pharmacy inside so you can shop.”

“I've meet with Mark and the team at Mr. Office Furniture a couple of times over the years and they have always been great. The first time it was for furniture for my home office. I visited their showroom and found a really good deal. I ended up getting a L shaped desk with great overhead storage and a filing hutch. I've moved it now between 2 homes and it's been perfect for me. During one of my moves, I had lost a few of the brackets that made the filing system work and they got me replacements at no charge. I also ended up getting a demo chair that they had in the showroom at the time, which I still use daily at my house. On a later visit, I was looking for a new chair to use at work. The chairs provided by my company are decent standard office chairs. However, I have a few back issues from years of computer work at a desk all day. Mark helped me identify an issue with how I was sitting and using the chair that was making my problem worse. With their advice, I was able to get a new chair that is much better for me and I don't have issues sitting all day any more. I stopped by today to leave this review as I heard that they had moved. I called yesterday and talked to Mark. Its still the same crew, just a new building down the street from their old location. I'm looking forward to stopping by and seeing it.”
