They are always eager to help, everything is extremeley organized, good quality products, fairly priced, staff is phenomenal (plenty of them too), great for all your boating needs as well. All the opposites of your classic Home Depot. Wish they had more locations and they were opened on Sundays too. Great leadership, as everything starts at he top!”

“Have to give these guys a five based on my recent experience. Brought my boat lift motor in for a repair around 4 pm Thursday and Thomas called me 11am Friday to pick it up. Quick turnaround! And they saved me hundreds not having to buy new motor. They also helped me out on wiring it back up which is tricky with boat lift motors. Great job!”

“What a wonderful place to get a generator cord fixed that had broken from wear and tear. My husband brought it in on a Friday morning and it was fixed on the spot. There were many generators, lawnmowers and small engine equipment filling the small unairconditioned warehouse space. That is a good sign that they know what they are doing and people trust to get their belongings fixed here. The price was also right. We brought in a new cord and it was not good quality so the old one was refurbished and the charge to reinstall was less than 10 dollars. Highly recommend and will return if I ever needed another repair.”

When a warranty issue came up with one of our items, Mike took all the necessary steps to ensure we got what we needed in a timely manner. They're not the cheapest in town, but the customer service makes the extra nickels worth it. We look forward to working with them on future projects.”

“Very accommodating and fair. The rental process itself was easy but then my reservation got canceled after checking in on it after purchase. I was able to reserve another truck right after and the woman I spoke with left a clipboard note that that truck was to be saved for me. I got the truck, did the move and brought it back. Rodney closed me out and I told him about some minor complaints and one issue which he was happily understood addressed and then took care of me for the Inconvenience. Great dude and same with the guy who originally got me the truck. Worrisome start then full on excellence the rest of the experience. Would recommend again. Note: these are job site trucks most of the time not moving trucks. Now I know debris is somewhat normal in this style rental. We made do and for the price and service well worth it.”
