“The service person Tyler was more than a technician today. He brought an honesty about himself which he shared and we had a human experience that doesn't happen enough in today's world. He's a young hardworking guy and a real person. My friend Al was here at the time and we both remarked to each other that thought after he left. My neighbor stopped by and immediately recognized him from another community even. Seems this fellow is all over the place working and people take notice. Oh and by the way he found the problem (a broken line in a super tight confined spot) and had it fixed in way less the time expected as I saw the difficulty in the line being originally installed at that location at my insistence.”

“5 star customer service all around! I went last to get switch to T-Mobile from AT&T and both Luisi & Kyla were extremely helpful. I wanted to get the iPhone 17 pro and they were understanding and took the time to explain everything to me and make the process very smooth. Attention to detail and very well oriented in doing the process. I couldn’t stop thanking them every minute I got. If you are reading this once again thank you both for the help! These two deserve every recognition possible!”

My account manager Jaquelyn Concepcion was extremely helpful in promptly sending tech support to replace the cable box, and the best part, Hotwire did it out of the goodness of their heart for being a long-time customer in good standing”
“These 5 stars goes to the employee that helped me today. They go by the name ALEYA (I probably spelled it wrong). Furthermore, she was very respectful, understanding, and patient with me. I came in to return a modem and switch my e-sim from a different carrier to Xfinity Mobile. Anyway, as a Diamond member. I have played these games before with Xfinity (© 2026 Comcast). So, I am a bit indifferent to the company, but I can say that the employees (and live agents, technician, and etc) do try their best. Although, Xfinity (© 2026 Comcast) vertical communication needs some work. Which indirectly causes misinformation between buyer and seller. I just worry about the older demographic that didn't grow up with technology like I did, and/or an individual that does not have the literacy to fully understand the service they are paying for. Anyway, I am please to say that I am contempt with Xfinity (© 2026 Comcast) providing my internet service up until now. Lastly, this 5 stars review goes to ALEYA.”
