I wish I could give zero stars. This place is an absolute joke. After a 3hr flight delay, it took an hour and a half to receive our rental car with absolutely no one else in line. Do yourself the favor and pay extra for a car. What a joke. Also, it’s beyond insulting that our car only had 1/4 tank of gas.

If you use Hertz or Avis you will pay less!!! These dirtbags will not accept any legit insurance coverages and will slow you til you agree just to roll out. Lazy manager hides in back while 1 maybe 2 people help 30 in line. THE single worst experience renting on this planet! Avoid like the plague!!!

Worse company ever - had reservation thru Expedia but they informed me that I owe them additional $105 with a hard time explaining why, something that it’s an additional charge to Expedia :) full fraud canceled transaction went to regular NORMAL car rental and got a car within 5 minutes - DONT RENT FROM THEM
