“I drove over 3 hours from Clermont after neck surgery to finalize a deal that had already been discussed. However, there were a few things that should have been taken care of before I arrived — including an unresolved recall and financing terms that had not yet been submitted — which caused hours of delay.
The situation was completely turned around thanks to Andre Johnson, who showed exceptional professionalism and leadership. Andre took ownership of issues he did not create, worked closely with the finance manager, and made sure I received the original payment structure I was promised. His communication, honesty, and commitment to resolving the situation were outstanding.

“This is a honest and terrific dealership with very nice vehicles. I have been looking for a manual transmission convertible for about a year and a half, and many times I would find a car I liked online and it would be from this dealership. Mark buys beautiful vehicles and knows the vehicles. My car purchased a week ago was a 2003 BMW Z4. Charlie was terrific meeting me a couple of times to show me the car and really let me play around with it as I pondered my decision. No pressure. Good, good honest hard working business men. A pleasure to buy a car from this dealership. Also, my bank suspected fraud on my account from recent withdrawals, and I was working crazy hours and not able to call and get a higher approval to zelle and these men were patient to let me Zelle my money limit over a few days to finish paying for the car. “This is Family repair business, based in Fort Lauderdale. I was recommended to it by a local tyre shop, and took my 2016 escalade there, with a tricky air-conditioning fault, which Had previously been undiagnosed by two other auto shops, including a main dealer. They guys spent ages going the extra mile to identify the hard to find fault, and fix it all very reasonably. They have all sorts of cars in there ranging from older domestic to supercars. It’s really difficult to find this kind of place anywhere. And I’m very pleased to have found them. Give them a try.!!”
