I came in juggling a large box, bubble wrap, and tape, clearly out of my depth, and she stepped in without hesitation. What could have been a stressful, disorganized process turned into something smooth and even enjoyable because of her patience and genuine willingness to help. Jessica didn’t just point me in the right direction she rolled up her sleeves and helped me get everything properly settled, offering tips on how to pack and protect my items that I never would have thought of on my own. Her attention to detail was remarkable; she made sure nothing was left unsecured and that every item was arranged efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who treats a customer’s belongings with the same care they’d give their own. **What truly set her apart was her attitude. She was warm, upbeat, and made me feel like a priority rather than just another customer moving boxes. Even with everything she had going on, she took the time to make sure I left feeling confident and taken care of. That kind of above-and-beyond service is hard to come by these days. “One thing about this location, they keep the AC nice and cold. I was here for a full day emptying out a unit and was very comfortable the whole time. Gina, the GM, was super helpful with me during the process i0vi buying a storage unit, emptying it out, where I was able to park and leave items and even gave me a heads up about rain coming when I had items outside. The customer service was on point and noticeable by both Gina and Kerina. It helped what was a long 2 days of clearing out a big heavy unit a much more pleasurable experience. “UPDATE: They have reviewed and adjusted my rent accordingly. A good compromise but we shouldn’t have to write a review to get corporate attention. My hope is that they change with the times. Maybe offer locked in rates for a certain amount of time? Instead of month to month have other options. Such potential for corporate growth. It was extremely stressful but they did listen and did care so a strong final result Original post : RUN HIDE DONT STORE ANYTHING HERE. Started at rate of $175 and $185 for a 10 x 10. Seemed great Diana was amazing. Very thorough. Excellent customer service! THEN IT ALL CHANGED This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They get you in then RAISE THE RATES WITHOUT ANY REASON. My $175 unit went up $60 I requested a price review and they said it was rejected CHARGED ME LATE FEES of $34 a unit so now my original $360 of storage is OVER $500 and they claim the rate currently for the same size is going to be $310 a unit??? WELL OVER $600 WHAT A SCAM THESE PEOPLE ARE. RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION. I live 500 miles away, just had surgery on my leg, now I’m stuck. So frustrated with these people who could care less about us”
