Not once did I have to pick up the phone to call them with questions, they were extremely proactive in setting a plan and providing us with periodic updates.The move itself was flawless, 3 gents showed up about 10 minutes EARLY and worked efficiently throughout the day. We were moving from a 3 story townhome and they were gliding up and down the stairs in the heat...without damaging walls or our belongings. Delivery went equally as smooth.We received 4 quotes from different companies, they were very competitive. “So far, I am happy with CubeSmart. I was there at 0830 to open my account but no one was there (0830 was the stated opening time) so I left shortly thereafter for other errands. Came back later and was quickly set up. However, there was a guy sleeping on a cart next to my locker with his stuff in my locker. I can see how this might happen since the place is not staffed during all access hours. The guy who woke up was really nice and apologized. The staff person quickly found me another cube and it was pretty clean. I am a clean freak so will clean again but it looked ok. The overall spaces seemed good. And the price of $15 per month - it does not get any better than that (with your own lock and insurance). There was a one time fee but it was reasonable.”
