“We arrved after hours on a Saturday but was fortunate to run into Moe who was cleaning one of the units. After answering only a few questions, we knew this was the right unit for us. We went to the office to review and sign the agreement and immediately took possession. Moe was extremely polite and reiterated his availability if we were to have any questions or concerns.
I intentionally waited almost 2 months to submit this review and am glad to report that I am just as happy today as I was when I rented the unit.”
“I came into the office and just slid into the seat at Lisa's desk felt like I was speaking with family already. She made the process simple and the tour was very informative and she even answered questions I had on the elevator ride up to see the unit. She offered refreshments y'all it was water but I was parched😁 The facility was nice and cooled. Air-conditioned of course cause we are in Hot Florida. Junior was present during my onboarding process and was also very polite. Check them out if you're moving or just storing some things short term or long term.”
