We initially spoke with the owner, Shane and had a quote by that evening. His crew arrived at the time estimated and got to work packing the truck immediately. Foreman Daniel along with Elie and Marcus had the entirety of our belongings packed safely within hours. Their arrival at our new home occurred exactly when they said it would. Daniel, Elie and new crew member Tyquan unpacked the truck in a safe and swift manner. This crew from Agility worked tirelessly and never wasted time. Not only were they great workers, they were also extremely personable and polite. If we could give them 10 stars, we would certainly do so!”

“So I used Rodney's Relocation Service when I bought a new mattress from Ashely Furniture. Since I needed the mattress that day my sales person called Rodney and asked if he could help out. This , I am sure is a very small work for Rodeny's team (Darrick and Deshawn). They got the mattress and and the frame very quickly. I got a call from Rodney confirming everything, and was told the driver would call me shortly. Within just a few minutes I got that call saying they were on the way. The guys were amazing, friendly and set up the frame and put the mattress on it for me. Ensured everything was good , picked up all the trash and were out the door. This was an amazing QUICK professional service that I truly hope I get to use more in the future.”

“The billing was a fiasco. I was quoted by the agent $1800 for 30 days for a 12 foot pod. I said to email me their quote and I was gonna check around and then the agent said that if I were to commit to schedule now that they would give me a $400 discount so I agreed one day before my pod arrived. I had to sign the agreement that was for a total of $1700. I have tried to get my money credited back to me, but it’s very hard to understand the customer service. The drivers were excellent delivery and pick up. I have nothing bad to say about them but the customer service I would never recommend.”
