Karen took great care of me from day one until the very last day. The car was perfect, and it was very easy to modify the rental terms : which is not usually the case with other rental companies. Excellent car rental experience overall.

Most rental places keep their customer representatives behind a counter. Adam, however, met me at the door and welcomed me, creating an immediate sense of comfort. The team members try their and Fast check out even if it's really busy. Also, I forger about Kerem and Lucas. That always provide an epic customer service.
