Had some issues depositing checks even though I had had an account for years. Other than that nice customer service usually.

The sign outside says 24 hour ATM in the lobby...the doors to the lobby are locked

Very nice bank, it has a nice modern look, a coffee station with a Kurig. The staff is prompt and courteous. It's how banking was before we became a virtually cashless society.
