I’ve been using trotter tires for over a decade, but this was my first time dealing with Jose. He was incredibly professional and patiently answered all my questions. He even gave me advice on an issue I thought was caused by my tire. Thank you, Jose, for your patience. I’ll definitely be a customer for life.
