I have been a customer of this US Pak Ship for 7 years. Rene'e has never misplaced a package. She always responds promptly to requests and even notifies me when particular items arrive. Forwarded items are always accurately and promptly sent. I really can't ask more of a mail service, and she is a very nice person.
