Terrible service from an employee named Louis Etienne. Disrespectful tone on the phone, and when I asked for the manager he left me on hold indefinitely. No callback, no resolution. Wells Fargo needs to address how this branch handles customers.

Nice staff , terrible service. Long waits, more bankers needed. Why would 4 bankers need to assist one person behind the counter and there is a long line of people?
