Wells Fargo is a danger to anyone is ever plans on leaving thenUSA and needing access to any Wells Fargo account, or product or financial services. If you are just living innthe USA, you’re fine. Personally, i have been stranded, abandoned, detained and even arrested in Italy in 2023 as I attempted to expand my business there. Wells Fargo does not do any true international service. They lost wire transfers, and I nearly lost my life when an agent hung up on me for being too frantic about a password. Wells Fargo should not be allowed to claim they have any international clout whatsoever.

Michael Sinclair is extremely rude and unprofessional. After seeing the reviews of this branch, it is clear that terrible customer service is very common and has an extensive history here. I highly recommend dealing with a different branch.

Stopped in here to speak with a Personal Banker on a Monday afternoon. I was seen by Eduardo right away. He was so fast, and efficient at answering all my questions and sorting out everything. AWESOME experience.

So I'm waiting very patiently For a bank teller Get completely skipped When I walked in I was pretty much the only person there You watched me walk in. I was going to open up another account but I guess not anymore good job Val. Great customer service skills I've been a client for over 15 years. Next time you see a younger person treat them with respect and not look at people as dollar signs. Have you ever heard that story of a kid 22 years old with 13 million dollars trying to open up an account at a bank.you're probably going to say they had an appointment but I understand Spanish pretty well.I gave you a chance to fix your mistake after your conversation with the couple And not but into your conversation. The minute you heard opened a new account from the front desk you couldn't wait especially being close to closing hours It's not like I was waiting for the bus stop just sitting there for nothing.Hopefully you see this message And learn from your mistakes you probably would have had 2 new open accounts right now.

I do love this branch. All the employees here are so nice and helpful and I really feel more like family (my daughters and I all have accounts here because of the vibe of the employees) when I walk in. Hence why today I was so upset to see this sign on the window. I go in on Saturday to get quarters for laundry. Check the website to make sure their open today because it is a holiday weekend and I would understand if they just closed for the whole weekend. And BAM please tell me their reopening SOON

Can confirm prior comments - service is horrible, but that also has to do with Wells Fargo general policies which single employees cannot overcome. Communicating bad policies is never a pleasant task.

I had a really bad experience at thisbranch. The branch manager (Michael Sinclair )Was unprofessional with horrible customer service skills. One of the customers came in swearing to the point he started swearing at me. The branch manager did nothing to Defuse the situation. They need proper workers to help with better customer service and security.

Branch manager is very judgmental, unjust and a liar, refused to cash my check after I’ve been a loyal Wells Fargo Account holder for many years then said if I would deposit it, there would be no funds available after I told them that could not be possible and sure enough once my check was deposited there was money available. Terrible experience

Awful experience at this Wells Fargo. Banker Latisha Edwards was not wearing a mask when I walked in and was extremely rude to me the entire time she was “helping me”. Skip this location!
