We had occasion to go into the bank yesterday to deal with an issue that we couldn’t fix by ourselves. We sat with an outstanding associate by the name of Ethan Flores. He was so very helpful & patient. Kudos to the bank for a great hire! I know Ethan will go far with his outstanding customer service skills!!!
