Make a payment, pick up or exchange equipment and buy a prepaid modem. The staff is quick, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Service is super clean, with tablets to keep the little ones entertained. The location is comfortable, convenient and with plenty of parking spaces, but getting into the lot can be tough. Staff provided necessary complete information and monitoring until activation. No line, no waiting, no complaints. The store is always on point and recommended.

Probably, one of my easiest experiences inside of a store. Went in at around 5:30-6:00 pm. Although, it looked busy looking in, it was really fast-paced. The rep got me in and out within minutes.
