We drove down the street, walked into the U-Haul store, spoke with a really nice representative and payed for the rental. “Easy and fast rentals. Great customer service. We rented a 10’ truck. I was skeptical all of our things would fit, a three seater recliner couch, a large round couch, a dresser, side tables and a king bed but I was assured that it would fit and it did!”
“The place I had scheduled my uhaul at for pick up didn't have my order due to a computer glitch putting me in a bad spot as I was moving that day. The dealer at Jerry's Tire had a trailer for me without a reservation! Got me in and out and made a poor start to the day much better. Friendly and quick service! Plus - they have a cool old tabby cat that just hangs out on the counter. Neat place.”

“What a good experience. I needed to rent a cargo van going one way, with pick up in this area and return to the Houston, TX area. Easier said than done, until I investigated Budget Truck Rental. Booking was super easy, since I did it on their website. Pick up location was so convenient -- less than a mile from the location where I was staying. I called the week before to confirm the vehicle would be there. Staff was very friendly and assured me that I would have a cargo van at my scheduled pick up time. Arrived shortly before the designated time for pick up. Paperwork was all ready and van had already been assessed and marked for existing damages. Clear instructions on operation and gas tank location. Added a driver in a snap and we were out in about 15 minutes. Van was as clean as can be expected, in good working condition and exactly what we needed. I contacted many other van/truck rental agencies (all of the national ones) prior to contacting Budget. None of the others had a van within 50 miles or one that could be rented one way. I'm glad I checked out Budget, because it worked out very well and I was very pleased with this location.”
