“No problem renting and no problem returning. Picked this 15’ truck up in Key West and drove it to Fort Myers with no trouble, the truck handled well and ran good. Pretty easy to drive!Went in to return it and the guys were friendly and did the return paperwork fast! No extra costs when I was done. I would definitely use this place again and recommend it for round trips or one way. Very reasonably priced!”
“Used this location because it is a larger facility for a return rental. This place was not only easy in and out they were very courtesy oriented. A lot of the small corner locations are not setup like this location or as courteous from my past experiences. Smaller is not always the best choice, check out the reviews b4 you go. I noticed there were several other locations nearby but this one is a great choice. Also the people from Cincinnati where it was rented suggested this place.”

“The place I had scheduled my uhaul at for pick up didn't have my order due to a computer glitch putting me in a bad spot as I was moving that day. The dealer at Jerry's Tire had a trailer for me without a reservation! Got me in and out and made a poor start to the day much better. Friendly and quick service! Plus - they have a cool old tabby cat that just hangs out on the counter. Neat place.”

“Easy and fast rentals. Great customer service. We rented a 10’ truck. I was skeptical all of our things would fit, a three seater recliner couch, a large round couch, a dresser, side tables and a king bed but I was assured that it would fit and it did!”

“I rented a 26 footer in VA and drove it down to FL. When I arrived at this location it was a simple process to turn it in. The place is clearly marked so you know where to go, where to enter, where to park for inspection, etc. My interaction there was so quick there is not much else to say. In and out quickly with minor effort event driving a 26 footer”

“Sadly the two furniture dollies and the utility dolly weren’t available so I rented an appliance dolly instead. Otherwise this was probably the best rental experience I’ve had for U-Haul. I’ve rented trucks in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale for years and this is probably the cleanest and best maintained truck yet! The staff was friendly despite appearing to have had a long day. Would definitely return to this location in the future!”
