Needed to replace the strobe light on my forklift and was ready to buy a complete new light assembly but they explained it could be just the element to bring it to them and they will test the light to make sure I only got what was needed. They tested it and they were right. All I needed was the element. Thanks for saving me a few bucks! Outstanding service. I will use them from now on for any forklift related repairs that I can not do myself and will definitely go to them for any parts I need for the repairs I do myself.”

Pretty easy to drive!Went in to return it and the guys were friendly and did the return paperwork fast! No extra costs when I was done. “The place I had scheduled my uhaul at for pick up didn't have my order due to a computer glitch putting me in a bad spot as I was moving that day. The dealer at Jerry's Tire had a trailer for me without a reservation! Got me in and out and made a poor start to the day much better. Friendly and quick service! Plus - they have a cool old tabby cat that just hangs out on the counter. Neat place.”

The place is clearly marked so you know where to go, where to enter, where to park for inspection, etc. My interaction there was so quick there is not much else to say.
