“Wonderful sea-shell-shipping experience! Visited Sanibel for the first time mid-November, around the same time as Hurricane Rafael, and was delighted by the abundance of shells we found! Until, we realized we didn't have enough space in our suitcases to bring them all back! SanCap Pak-N-Ship delivered our shells quickly (shipped Saturday afternoon, arrived in NC Wednesday afternoon) and safely in one piece! Would highly recommend their services, and the gift shop inside was one of the best we visited on the island!”

The postal employee on duty , Lisa , was very helpful in assisting me in the process of completing all my forms and sending my package to the recipient. Lisa was all smiles , very courteous and professional in the performance of her duties. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Lisa for your assistance.”

“I go to this location on a regular basis. They are great. Previously, I was going to the other location before I knew this was here. I wasn’t sure I would get any better treatment than I did at the other location. However, the difference was night and day. I have a client who regularly sends print jobs to FedEx for me to pick up. They always have them ready and they remember me even when I haven’t been there for a few weeks.”
“We use this FedEx Ship Center many years for drop off and pick up without any issue. Staff here are always very helpful, courteous and professional. This place can be very busy and they do a lot of volume.The only problem is that the parking lot is narrow and if you have big pickup truck you may have problem of manipulating into the parking space!Today, just like prior visit; two large packages were dropped off and scanned under 60 seconds flat with a print receipt. Good and quick service here!”

“I like this site to send pkgs until the last time I was not given any options. I was told $92.00 to mail a pen size box. It was over night though, but i found out after the fact that I should of been given options. My charge was most expensive because It was delivered in the morning. My pkg.did not have to be there first thing. The counter personel just told me the one price. I learnrd though I will ask questions next time. Generally besides that that visit this site always has been excellent. I go out of my way to send from this site.”

I often see them helping people who do not know how to navigate a return with Amazon or who are unsure of the procedure to package something that they need to mail. The clerks are always patient and offer help and stay friendly even if customers become unpleasant or rude. This store is great...they can do it all!
