I came to the store to mail a package when the gentleman who came to drop off a package said some unkind things while leaving which the staff handled very well and explained to me why they charge for post-office dropoffs after he left and it was understandable.I have always been happy to pay a $1 for post-office packages. The staff is always kind and helpful with the packages I needed packaged and shipped. I have had absolutely zero troubles with my expensive items. They also do not charge you to print FedEx, UPS, or Amazon labels.”
“I am sending care package boxes to a APO address for my daughter who is on deployment for the Army.Due to US Customs the process is very tedious. Listing everything in the box and value and so on, the process is time consuming. In comes Honey at Quick Pac & Ship located at Veranda Shops. She has been an absolute angel helping me with flat rate boxes and forms and filling out the details on documentation. I found the process very daunting, Honey makes it really easy for me. I am so grateful for everything she has done for me. She goes above and beyond! “My experience here has been great so far. I actually found them through a website online called Anytime Mailboxes. I needed a virtual address not a P.O. Box. It’s an amazing service really! An honest overview is that it’s not esthetically pleasing to the eye and not a great layout. However, all the employees have been pleasant and easy to interact with. They can do usps, FedEx and Ups. And now they recognize me and know my mailbox. Parking is a little tight but they can’t help that. Definitely worth using their service!”

“We use this FedEx Ship Center many years for drop off and pick up without any issue. Staff here are always very helpful, courteous and professional. This place can be very busy and they do a lot of volume.The only problem is that the parking lot is narrow and if you have big pickup truck you may have problem of manipulating into the parking space!Today, just like prior visit; two large packages were dropped off and scanned under 60 seconds flat with a print receipt. Good and quick service here!”
