He identified the problem, told me where I could get reasonably priced parts, or he would do so. We arranged a service appointment and 3 hours later the issue was resolved. “I started having issues with my Dodge chargers power steering, and my buddy recommended I take it to Franklins shop as he had previously had great experiences using his service. I gave Franklin’s a call, and he immediately told me to come by that same afternoon for them to take a look and give me assessment of the issue. Once I arrived, Franklin and Matthew reviewed the vehicle and gave me their diagnosis. It all made sense based on the issues I was facing so I went ahead and left it over night to be addressed. By 9:30am the next day, Franklin gave me a call to let me know all was taken care of. I picked up the vehicle and it was immediately obvious that the diagnosis and fix was on point. My car is now driving excellently again. I found my experience with this shop to be very fair and honest. Thanks to the team!”
