Horrible service. We had to wait for almost two hours on a busy highway while we had a blown out tire. They made us upgrade our membership so they would grace us with their service that we had to pay an extra $60 for same day service and an extra charge for a fixing a trailer tire that we had a spare for. They ended up not even fixing the tire on our trailer and left us to go look for a tire shop ourselves while driving on an exposed rim. It’s unbelievable that they charge people and don’t provide any help.

immensely disappointed in the service that AAA did not provide when I was left stranded on the side of a highway at 12AM after visiting a sick family member a couple hours away in the hospital hence why I was out that late. I waited an hour & half to be told that no one would be coming to get me unless I made an appointment between 8-10AM. That would have been 8-10 hours on the side of a busy highway. Thankfully 1 out of the 4 reps I spoke to, told me about highway patrol & they were the ones that ended up helping me get a tow truck there in 20 minutes. Why didn't every rep tell me that valuable information?!? This should be standard protocol especially when you are unable to do your job. Yes, AAA will reimburse for what I paid, however, this is completely unacceptable to leave a customer stranded on a highway for up to 10 hours. That is not safe for anyone & I had to make a review to give everyone a heads up of what situation you may find yourself in if you ever need to call AAA. That's the whole point on why we pay for AAA, it's their one job to make sure they can help us in with a car emergency!!! And then for them to not come through!?! I am looking at other options through my car insurance from here on out because I do not trust they will be there should I need help again.

0 stars garbage, left me stranded for 4 and a half hours for a jump then have the gull to cancel my AAA membership of almost 17 years, VETERANS stay away, go with your car insurance roadside service like USAA

My girlfriend and I broke down in her car at 2:00 this afternoon we then called AAA to get us a tow it is now 5:50 in the afternoon and they're telling us it's going to be another 69 minutes before somebody can get here thank God we're not stuck in the middle of the highway.. I don't know how AAA in your area or other areas handles their business but in fort Myers they suck and you can AAA that to the bank

I went in to get a document that online seems easy enough, I brought all paper work down to the office because everywhere you read online they boast about being able to get it done quickly. If you want a IDP and to do it in person be prepared to get a rude tone of voice for every question you ask and a snippy response on the phone as well. And as if that wasn’t a fun time in itself you have to purchase some stupid useless membership just to get the IDP so it goes from 20$ to 75$ in about 2 seconds, either that or you can snail mail it and hope that it gets back to you in time.Called the Naples office and got a much happier rep and 10/10 service would go there instead every time

i actually cannot believe how horrible they’re customer service is ?. me and my grandma were out getting grocery’s at trader joe’s and as i was putting in mainly frozen grocery’s in the trunk i forgot my grandmas wallet ( with her keys and all her cards) was in with a grocery’s and we got locked out of our car. my grandma has been with AAA since the literal 80s so we called them and apparently we ran out of “ entitlements” so they would have to charge a 100 fee to come out, that was completely fine except her wallet with all of her cards cash etc was LOCKED INN THE TRUNNKK so we kept trying to explain abt 20 times we literally could not give them a card as it was locked in the car. my grandma said she has a card on file so they could use that or i could try apple pay or something but they literally would not come out and we talked to 4 people, the employees were honestly rude and i find it cruel they wouldn’t come out and help a 74 year old woman with knee problems who had to stand out in the sun for near 2 hours with frozen grocery’s in the back. thankfully we have extremely kind neighbors who called them and paid for them to come out, advanced lock smith the people who came out were extremely nice and quickly got the car unlocked so we could get on our way. we will absolutely be canceling our membership.

HORRIBLE customer service. Nasty and condescending attitude from staff AND manager on duty.I have been an AAA member since 1992, and I will NOT be renewing my membership.

I will be canceling my 12 year membership. Over 24 hrs waiting for a tow now, repeatedly told someone would contact me. We've been left hanging over and over, even after speaking with supervisor. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Staff was friendly enough on the phone but at the end of the day nobody with a truck ever showed or called

Was greeted in a timely manner. Waited for about 5 min. To get my trip tik started and was on my way within 15 min with everything I needed.

Wow. What has become of the trusted & reliable AAA road service? Called at 6 for a flat tire. Promises and more promised. Called again at 9........went to bed at 11.......nothing......no calls, no texts, no service. Really?

When we realized at the last minute that we did not have the international driver's license we needed and were leaving the following day, we called AAA. Their closing time was coming up but they held off until we were able to get there, and they had everything ready! Can't tell you how much I appreciate their help in this situation!
