My vehicle needed to be towed from Ft Myers to Cape Coral today. I was fortunate to have Nelson handle the tow. Nelson was prompt, courteous and he went over and beyond handling the situation. Nelson is a great asset to AAA in my opinion!

Really good customer service! I went there to get an International Driving Permit and it was really fast and efficient. And I ended up getting a better deal for my rental car for my trip to Greece, as they had 35% off for Hertz rentals on May. So, very satisfied and thanks to everyone there! 😊
