Bike Bistro is a little shop that makes a BIG difference. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very understanding. Bike rentals are very easy, with an excellent and great selection of bikes at a good price. The premium and great quality bikes are well worth the money. The shop offers a nice coffee while customers browse. Staff are known for being kind and going above and beyond to help, providing excellent service. It is a great store that many would definitely recommend.
Went for a bike ride from Estero to Captiva and on the way back I ran out of water. Remembered that Bike Bistro was on my way back. Was treated right away, filled my bottles with ice and water, along with a fresh glass of ice coffee. Got the VIP treatment for sure. I will be back for sure.

Absolutely outstanding bike shop. Troy helped me repair a broken spoke as the leader of a cycling tour down to Key West, and quickly got me back on the road. His shop dog is super cool, too. Many thanks to him for stepping up for our entire tour on short notice. Can't recommend this shop enough!
