“I had never ridden an ebike before. Troy helped me by telling me which were made for someone who is 4 11 tried the pace 500.3 and a commuter bike. While the commuter bike was nice it was also too heavy for me to move without assist. I chose a blue pace 500.3 with fenders phone holder front basket. I love how even before buying Troy made sure I knew all the safety measures that came with the bike. It has turn signals. Once I got the bike I rode it from their place to about 12 miles away the battery wasn't full, but I wanted to test it out. I have now ridden it to and fromcwork a couple times and I had to call and ask how to get my phone and bike paired as no I on the handle it's the plus and minus sign.”

Personally, I’ve always dealt with Greg and he is THE BEST.Most recently, my chain fell off of my bike. I brought it in and he didn’t even charge me to fix it, and had it fixed in 5 minutes! Before this, I got hit while riding and my bike tire came off and the gears got messed up. Greg & his team had my bike looking brand new within a week for a super fair price.They do great work, and I would recommend them to anyone needing services of any kind for their bicycle. This is the only place I will go if/ when I have issues with mine.”

I have had them fix an issue with my shifting (while I waited) that two other bike shops could not get quite right even when I left them my bike, among many other "saves". Al starts from the ground up and dials your bike in to perfection. Evie will take good care of you as well! I have purchased helmets, glasses, and recently bought a Varia radar light at an excellent price point. The glasses are the first pair I have owned that don't fog up. I wish I had gotten them before I bought many other glasses that performed poorly in early morning fog. EA knows their stuff and carries equipment that is tried and true. EA Bicycles is run by a family who ride and they are top performers and 5 stars all the way!”
