I brought my car in after the A/C compressor failed, and they were able to get the parts much sooner than originally expected and complete the repair really quickly. Their pricing was very fair, and I also really appreciated that they offered me a military discount.

“After looking on Google for good reviews on a mechanics shop, I came across legendary. This is my first time taking a vehicle to a shop. Trust issues and I fix things myself. However, it's becoming harder to work on your own car, and there's no service records when I do it. They have warranty any and all work/service for 3 years on the work they done to my jeep. From communication on diagnosis, to receiving a full digital report with pictures and videos of everything that's wrong. Also paper records as well. From the service guy being straightforward to actually meeting the mechanic. I'm very pleased with the level of professionalism from their team. I was also very happy with meeting the mechanic and just going over everything with me in detail. Yes the service manager has all records in front of him and stays in communication with mechanic, but for him to go over it with me, shows to me their level of pride in work they do. I cant say it for everyone, but they seem like decent folks to work with and wouldnt seem to have a problem fixing any issues. Thanks Jon and sean”

“I was having an intermittent electrical issue with our 2004 RAM truck. Josh was able to track it down and fix it. He showed me the bad part that was the issue and his purchase information for buying the new one. He showed me pictures of some wires that he had to rewire. It was very well done. “I took our vehicle in for service due to the Service Engine light coming on. They replaced the parts that were failing causing the Service Engine light to come on. The next day the Service Engine light came back on again. I called them to let them know. They told me to bring the vehicle back in. They then found another faulty part and replaced it at no extra charge. Everything is working great now.

I have been utilizing AJ Automotive for all of our vehicle service needs since July 2017. Although under new ownership, the same automotive staff was retained and they are
extremely knowledgeable on an array of foreign and domestic car manufacturers and will ensure your vehicle is maintained to their factory specifications and standards.
Like the previous management, the new owner, John is also “hands on” to assist his employees in the diagnosis and repair.
I recently had a loose battery terminal issue with my 2017 Honda CRV that was first identified by an Advanced Auto employee. The negative battery terminal connector could not be tightened down and since it is not a standard terminal connector, the Advanced Auto employee immediately recommended that I take my vehicle to AJ Automotive. I replied that is where I have all my vehicles serviced.
Since it was shortly after 8:00 AM, I proceeded straight to AJ Automotive. As a frequent customer, AJ Automotive has always been very accommodating on allowing us to drop off our vehicles for unscheduled appointments. After arriving, I proceeded into the office and explained my issue to the front desk attendant who was extremely pleasant and accommodating on getting my vehicle serviced. While waiting in the customer lounge for my wife to pick me up, John, the owner came into speak with me. He stated that the negative terminal connector has a clip that needs aligned before the terminal can be tightened. The technician was able to quickly fasten the terminal connector and ran a complete diagnostics of the vehicle to ensure everything was performing correctly.
John then stated there was no charge. I attempted to pay for the technicians time or for the garage bay time, but he declined. John replied, just keep coming back for your automotive services.
This is the reason why my wife and I have been using AJ Automotive. It truly appears that John is keeping the same business principles. His customer loyalty is second to none.
I highly recommend AJ Automotive for all your car service maintenance and repairs.
