Walking to the branch to open an account with a relative. No one acknowledged us, not even a good morning, what can I do for you today. There’s a security guard, I said good morning he didn’t even answer. We sat down, no one said anything to us. Finally after 20-30 minute someone approached us. Beware of this branch.

Jeremy J. was very nice, respectful, and helpful. There was no wait. I came in bank looking like a bank robber. Lol. I’m a female of color and I had a hat on and sun glasses. Trust me I wasn’t looking my best, but Jeremy didn’t judge me. His co-worker next to him was nice as well.This was my first time going to this location. I’m not downplaying anyone else’s experience. I can only tell you about mine. ❤️

They made me wait a hour for a signature guarantee. Since when can’t the teller or a banker do such a simple task as this. Only the manager? Chase you need new employees. There was no one else in front of me in the line and to make me wait this long?

Poor customer service. We have been told multiple different things by Chase Bank and all of their branches. Closing all accounts asap.

Absolute garbage service. Multiple appointments scheduled and not honored with no notice. Disrupted multiple busy days with no regard for even courtesy text. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and am closing all my accounts.

Your money or business is never good here if you're black. They'll put a hold on everything, don't believe me go to a place close to them that sells money orders,and try to deposit it. Good luck with that

Awful customer service every time. They can't do simple things without an appointment. Meanwhile they have time to sit and chat.

Opened an account for business deposits, th account was soooo messed up, it was never useable. No bank cards issued, locked WEB access, terrable phone support from overseas. They are very good at transferring to voice-mail. After nearly 2 months of aggravation, I canceled the account.

Unfortunately had a very poor experience at this branch. Fortunately another branch saved the day!!I called the Lehigh branch directly at 9:05 AM. Inquired about the procedure for opening a checking and savings account as we are new to the area. Was told by the young lady that answered the phone that the personal bankers were in the office today and we could just stop by. Told her we would be there in an hour to set up our accounts.When we arrived at the branch we were greeted by a male teller who was not helpful whatsoever. Told him that we needed to open accounts and he simply ask do you have an appointment?We explained our conversation an hour earlier with another branch employee that we were told to just come in. He told us “we don’t work that way.“ “You have to have an appointment.“ He told us they could squeeze us in at the end of the week on Friday afternoon. She was extremely short and extremely rude.Waiting till the end of the week was not an option for us as we needed to get some financial transactions taken care of that day. We went out to the parking lot and contacted the colonial branch of chase bank. We spoke with the manager, Debbie, and explained our situation. She told us that she would have Mr. Chin, a personal banker help us if we could be there shortly. Told her we were on our way and we would see her shortly. When we arrived at the bank we were met by Mr. Chin who took care of all of our banking needs in a very efficient and timely matter. They were also able to handle a document print out and notarization task that we had come up while we were in the bank. All of the staff was amazing and extremely helpful!!Even though the Lehigh branch is much closer to our home, we will never set foot in there again!!We will definitely be going back to the colonial branch and look forward to working with them in the future!!

Had a great experience at this location, I was traveling and having issues with foreign currency exchange. The staff was helpful and understanding of my timing issues with an upcoming flight. They resolved all my issues and helped me open a credit card while I was here! Khalid was very helpful.

$10 to cash a $110 personal check is ridiculous!! I am not a customer, I guess that gives them rights to whack me in the head? I would never open an account with such a greedy institution! Bank anywhere but here..
