Check-in was easy, Staff super friendly. Really like the app. for opening up the doors, gates and the elevator. The only concern I noticed was some of the sliding doors don't close all the way leaving a chance for criders. (Fort Myers- Colonial Blvd.)

Clean, Great Location is important, but the service that Sue offers is exceptional. I needed to close my account and she reopened the office to make sure it was done right. In the middle of moving the last thing you need is a delay. Thanks Sue! Job Well Done!
