After sharing my dissatisfaction here in a review of the pricing and policy for the storage units I received a direct phone call from the District Manager Elena Duyger. She was sincerely concerned with my complaint and willing to make adjustments to my rates. I am giving another review with 5 stars for her and how she addressed the situation, her actions have maintained me as a customer.

Chelsea was FANTASTIC. I have had so many rentals at so many other locations and I've never experienced such gracious service. I had an appt. With another location and they were a NO SHOW so I found another location and from the moment I walked in Chelsea greeted us with a smile and her smile was everlasting from beginning to end. My daughter in law even rented a unit. Her customer service was exceptional. I have three units in another location if I had the energy I'd move it all. Honestly she made it easy and fun and took our worries away. kudos Chelsea

We were having trouble with a different location and was able to come to this location and Chelsea took wonderful care of us! She was extremely friendly, understanding, and super helpful. One of the best property managers i’ve ever encountered! i 100% believe she is over qualified for her position and deserves either a raise or promotion she truly is worthy of it compared to other managers i’ve dealt with. Bless chelsea :)

Very helpful staff. Chelsea was very informative when setting up my reservation. I had to go with a different location due to them not having the size I needed at the time but she helped me find a location very close that met my storage needs.

Vicky was truly phenomenal. We want to thank her for the time, care and extra mile she went to help us move my parents into a different unit. We were there visiting to help them out and Vicky walked us through all of their options and answered all of our questions with patience. We could not have done this to help my older parents without her help and friendly attitude. Thanks Vicky and Public Storage!

Dillen was AMAZING! I had another unit at a Public Storage a bit further away and did not like the service. Not only did Dillen get me a unit that fix my items perfectly, he was accommodating from the first call. I have never had a team which called me before my move-in to ask if they could help with anything I needed. I have represented some great brands and this TEAM- is EXACTLY who you want to deal with. Kindness goes a long way and I certainly appreciated it. THANK YOU for making a VERY unpleasant situation into something I didn't even give a second thought to. Heck, even the side gate wasn't working- He helped us on the side door walked us through etc...THANK YOU!!

THEY HAVE RATS!!!!
If you plan on getting a storage unit here be prepared for your belongings becoming rat food. We went to our unit to move things into our new home after staying in a hotel only to find half of our belongings (some brand new!!!) have been chewed up by rats. When I went to talk to someone about it all the response I got was them laughing and told me “okay”.
