Upon arrival vehicle rental line was pretty long with 2 persons at desk but joined by a 3rd. In all fairness Dollar gives you an option of moving to the front of the line prior to your arrival. Other than that it was a pleasant experience during pkup and drop off. I highly recommend

Everything was as expected and good except for the virtual customer service. I had a small issue during my rental and it was unable to be resolved after calling customer service multiple times and I was sent in circles.
