“I'm very please with my 1st experience renting with Alamo. I pick up at Fort Myers. The Front Desk employee was bilingual wich help a lot and was Quick and easy pickup. The car was super clean and shiny. The gentlemen who handed the car over to me was really nice and friendly. Also at the drop off in Miami AIRPORT the lady did a Quick and easy process and Gave me time to finish some packing arrangements that I had to do without rushing me.”

We downloaded the enterprise app. Checked in on the app. When we arrived to Enterprise Fort Myers, FL, we were greeted by staff, walked to our car rental, and driving to our vacation destination within 10 minutes. Upon return, we pulled up, they checked out the vehicle, and sent us our e-receipt. No hidden charges.”

I have SIXT+ and needed to exchange my car. Although they didn’t have any vehicles available when I arrived, Vic understood that I had driven about an hour, provided the branch’s phone number, and helped me locate a replacement vehicle.
I also interacted with several other team members, including Jeff, and everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful.

“Absolutely love renting at the boy scout location in Fort Myers. My family and I went through a fire in 2023 and I had to rent a vehicle 4 weeks at a time. After letting them know what I was going through. They gave me a phenomenally great discount on my weekly rate which allowed me to save money for other important things during that hard time. There was only one time were the car was not up to par if you will. There was some issues with the car. The screen kept reading errors but as soon as I came back and I let them know they compt me for the entire rental. Other than that, every single rental that I've had at this location has been phenomenal. The agents have always been very courteous, kind and thoughtful. The other location that I rented from was in Estero. They were equally as incredible. The only thing is they're not open on Sundays. The boy scout location is until noon. I can appreciate that. Five stars to Enterprise.”

“So many bad reviews. I understand this location may be confusing and unlike other locations, this one is in a mall. But Katie was absolutely a joy to work with when I dropped off. I think the expectation is that this is a full service location when actually it is more of a hub location. I had nothing but amazing service.”
“We bought back the car with a full tank, but they claimed it was only 1/2 full and charged us $60. Working on a resolution now, will update when resolved.
Update 9/10/26
I have changed the rating up to 4 stars from 2, because the $60 gas fee has been refunded. I am leaving off 1 star for them not noticing the tank was full in the first place. However, they were very helpful on the phone and we provided receipts showing when the car was filled. It took a few days to refund the money.

“Was a little slow...took over 45 minutes from when I walked in there until when I left with my rental, and there was only one person ahead of me that was already being helped when I arrived. Other then that the staff was very helpful and friendly.”
“Great crew here. I left my cell phone in my car and went back 5 minutes later and the car was gone. One of the crew drove me around looking for it. Final the cleaning crew brought it back. What a relief. Thanks for all your help.”

“Fox is not co-located at the airport with the other car rental companies like we thought, but they provide a shuttle to take you to and from the airport. The experience was easy and affordable. We had a reservation but waited for a while. When I went looking for our car, they were washing it. We would have preferred that was done before we arrived. The car wasn't perfect (the seats were stained), but it was mechanically sound and suitable for what we needed. Overall, no complaints.”
“I can’t say enough about Noah at the budget preferred counter at Fort Myers Airport. Underneath my dad’s wheelchair, I left his suitcase with all his medication’s and CPAP and they went above and beyond to find me and return my luggage. Thank you budget for coming through when I needed you.”

“Upon arrival vehicle rental line was pretty long with 2 persons at desk but joined by a 3rd. In all fairness Dollar gives you an option of moving to the front of the line prior to your arrival. Other than that it was a pleasant experience during pkup and drop off. I highly recommend”
