“Huge thank you to the two amazing team members at Enterprise fort Myers airport, who provided such incredible customer service during a stressful day for me. After dealing with a popped tire, the team quickly got me swapped into a new convertible and made the whole process smooth and easy.
On top of that, I realized after getting home that I had accidentally left my work cell phone in the vehicle. I rushed back to the location, and thankfully they had safely put it away for me. That level of honesty, hospitality, and customer care truly did not go unnoticed.

“A hole in the wall office tucked away behind TJ Maxx in back of Costco Plaza. (At one point I was literally driving on the lot BEHIND all the stores with the loading docks -- and that got me to where I needed to be.
Both the manager (Jake?) and the Staff person (Hannah) were extremely helpful.
My situation changed mid trip and they made the changes so easily. When I returned the car, they were kind enough to allow me to claim a lower daily rate because I had it so long. I’d definitely use them again.
It’s tough to find parking when you get there, BUT the staff makes up for it.”

“Was a little slow...took over 45 minutes from when I walked in there until when I left with my rental, and there was only one person ahead of me that was already being helped when I arrived. Other then that the staff was very helpful and friendly.”

“I am giving four stars to this company due to the excellent customer service that one of the front desk ladies, Amy, provided. The car I got was affordable, clean, and in working order no complaints. I needed to extend my rental due to an unexpected death in the my family and without Amy, this process would have really become a hardship on me while away from home and traveling. I do not like the expensive added $50 daily rate for everyday you extend your rental and I do not like that calling customer service is next to impossible. They also ran out of inventory during this period, so I was panicking that I would be unable to keep the rental or I would end up paying over $600 to other companies who had some remaining inventory. Amy, without you this trip which was supposed to be a nice vacation to visit family but ended up being one of the worst weeks of my life, without you helping me out in the small way you did really made all of the difference between making my situation from terrible to slightly better. The world needs more people like you. Thank you again for helping and assisting me with my rental.”

“Upon arrival vehicle rental line was pretty long with 2 persons at desk but joined by a 3rd. In all fairness Dollar gives you an option of moving to the front of the line prior to your arrival. Other than that it was a pleasant experience during pkup and drop off. I highly recommend”
