“Super easy airport rental pickup. Walk right to the Gold President Circle, found my name, went to the spot, and drove out. The whole process took less than 5 mins. Return was even easier, just drove up, left the keys in and walked away. The car rental is only about 5 mins walk into the security (tiny airport anyways) so it was super efficient! AND.....everyone there was uber pleasant too.”

“Rented car for 10 days. Took first car back due to extreme smoke smell. Given another suv which smelled clean. But after 2 days it had a smoke smell just not as bad as first suv. This is becoming all to frequent as my last few rentals all had smoke smell. Please start charging people who return cars as you say you do. Based on my experience this is not policed well.Advised agent when turning in suv and they made adjustment to my invoice. However I would rather not have smoky cars.I have rented from multiple locations in 2 states and this seems to be a systemic problem.”

“The whole rental process was easy. I initially rented from Budget. When I got to the rental car area, the line for Budget was extremely long. I waited for about 5 minutes with no movement. While in line, I canceled my Budget reservation, made a Hertz reservation, walked out of line, straight to the Gold member section in the parking lot and picked up my car. I will now only rent from Hertz.”

The staff person was extremely helpful and in no time at all, she had a Nissan Sentra for me, which I had driven before and was so pleased. “I rented online a month or two ago believing this location was "on site" at the Fort Myers airport. Upon learning otherwise, I took a cab from the airport and picked up my car as the error was mine vs. Hertz. The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. They took pictures of some existing damage and shared them with me in case there was any push-back upon my return. They also helped me contact customer service to arrange my drop off directly at the airport site. Kudo's to them for helping a total stranger!!”

“Got upgraded for free because they didn't have the type of car we wanted. Staff members were nice and the check in/out process was smooth. You have to catch a shuttle to get to and from the airport which is really annoying but it was clean and quick.”

The car was $50+ more per week than quoted (including tax and fees) on the Avis app but there are disclaimers that cover this so I'm just noting that it happens.The customer service was great! I was treated with respect and they had a great deal of knowledge about the Uber rental program to answer my questions and make sure I was set up right.The car is dinged up quite a bit and the fabric inside is stained. It wasn't really clean when I got it.The condition of the car and higher costs are on par with my previous Budget experience in Port Charlotte but the customer service is absolutely wonderful.
