“I'm very please with my 1st experience renting with Alamo. I pick up at Fort Myers. The Front Desk employee was bilingual wich help a lot and was Quick and easy pickup. The car was super clean and shiny. The gentlemen who handed the car over to me was really nice and friendly. Also at the drop off in Miami AIRPORT the lady did a Quick and easy process and Gave me time to finish some packing arrangements that I had to do without rushing me.”

“Read reviews of each rental car company on-site at Fort Myers FL airport - focusing on service, customer reviews of claims, and pricing. Decided to choose Enterprise. Making an online reservation was simple, straight forward, and displayed price transparency. We downloaded the enterprise app. Checked in on the app. When we arrived to Enterprise Fort Myers, FL, we were greeted by staff, walked to our car rental, and driving to our vacation destination within 10 minutes. Upon return, we pulled up, they checked out the vehicle, and sent us our e-receipt. No hidden charges.”

“I had an exceptional experience with Enterprise Truck Rental and Ron. When I arrived, the truck was prepared and waiting for me right on schedule. The walk-around inspection was thorough, and I received all necessary paperwork both via email and in hard copy. Furthermore, I appreciated the follow-up call, which addressed all my questions and confirmed the outstanding rates. I wholeheartedly recommend this location for their excellent customer service and overall experience. Thank you, German Ramirez Handy Pros.”

“One of the best SIXT locations in the USA! I have SIXT+ and needed to exchange my car. Although they didn’t have any vehicles available when I arrived, Vic understood that I had driven about an hour, provided the branch’s phone number, and helped me locate a replacement vehicle. I also interacted with several other team members, including Jeff, and everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Outstanding customer service and an excellent branch. Thank you!”

“So many bad reviews. I understand this location may be confusing and unlike other locations, this one is in a mall. But Katie was absolutely a joy to work with when I dropped off. I think the expectation is that this is a full service location when actually it is more of a hub location. I had nothing but amazing service.”

“We bought back the car with a full tank, but they claimed it was only 1/2 full and charged us $60. Working on a resolution now, will update when resolved. Update 9/10/26 I have changed the rating up to 4 stars from 2, because the $60 gas fee has been refunded. I am leaving off 1 star for them not noticing the tank was full in the first place. However, they were very helpful on the phone and we provided receipts showing when the car was filled. It took a few days to refund the money. Thank you for reaching out and giving us additional contact information if we had needed more assistance. Everything is now satisfactorily resolved.”

“Fox is not co-located at the airport with the other car rental companies like we thought, but they provide a shuttle to take you to and from the airport. The experience was easy and affordable. We had a reservation but waited for a while. When I went looking for our car, they were washing it. We would have preferred that was done before we arrived. The car wasn't perfect (the seats were stained), but it was mechanically sound and suitable for what we needed. Overall, no complaints.”
