They deserve 0 stars. Nothing but problems 90% of the time. Drivers claim delivery attempted even though they never came to our business. Deliveries made to the incorrect address, and we have to hunt down the package. Deliveries not arriving on schedule. All leading to constant delays. Very rude customer service...probably due to the number of unhappy customer calls they receive daily. This must be a top down problem within the organization.

Scheduled time delivery 10:50 attempted delivery at 9:35am just rang the doorbell & walked immediately back to truck & drove away by the time I had a chance to even open my door

The worst delivery service. Drivers will not follow delivery instructions. I’ve complained multiple times and nothing gets resolved. Their drivers are either lazy or stupid because they’re not reading delivery instructions.

Oh how far the best in the business has fallen. FedEx used to be the best in their business space. Now their service level and technology, are at the bottom of the barrel. Boy do they suck now. I now tell my vendors to only use UPS.

Delivery was way earlier than expected. I got some stupid door tag and door and couldnt receive my package. I have a job and was sure to be home between noon and 2 for the delivery. Whom ever that does the delivery off needs to be fired. There is a schedule time frame for a reason so people that have a job can plan out time off to make sure that they are present for a delivery

We are part of a family-owned chain of private pack and ship stores, with the location being serviced by this Fedex hub having been in business for over a decade. During that time, we have seen multiple delivery drivers come and go, but our current driver - Randy on route 640 - may very well be the best one we've ever had. He has always been unfailingly professional, punctual, polite, and friendly. We can always be assured our packages are in good hands when he's on duty and that means the world to both us and our customers.

This place is terrible Ive changed my delivery 3 times in manage delivery and they keep trying to deliver to the original place that the delivery was changed from tracking number is 284592857758 and I want it held at the walgreens on 8900 TAMIAMI TRL N, Naples, FL 34108 this is ridiculous that you cant follow instructions that youv'e set up

Fedex is the worst shipping company. Anytime I purchase something online and the company sends it fedex it never arrives on time. Never have this issue when it's UPS or the post office

Standing outside waiting for a package that wasn't even there! Can't get in the building. It looks like a prison from the outside and I have been railroaded multiple times and drove 45 minutes to be told that the package was out for delivery after I put the package on hold for pickup. Representative said she called the driver to find out a more definitive time since I have been inconvenienced multiple times. They still did not show up at the time they said that they would. It's so disappointing. The service is absolutely terrible. They don't care about their customers. Zero stars!
