If i could give minus stars i would. 2 packages in less than 2wks both delivered to wrong locations. Unit number is clearly on door, i am 115, 1st package after figuring out by the picture where to look, went to unit 103. 2nd delivery today, i went up and down 16 stairs 4 times to make sure i didn't miss anything but...

Constant issues with undelivered or broken packages. A truly awful local hub. I recommend using literally any other company while in the Fort Myers area.

We have really like all of our FedEx drivers. We currently have Sergio and he is very courteous and efficient.
