Will not pick up your packages. No way to call them directly without 3rd world middle man.Horrible, Horrible business. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

If i could give minus stars i would. 2 packages in less than 2wks both delivered to wrong locations. Unit number is clearly on door, i am 115, 1st package after figuring out by the picture where to look, went to unit 103. 2nd delivery today, i went up and down 16 stairs 4 times to make sure i didn't miss anything but no package and despite the rainy yet daylight, the picture is so dark looks like it was delivered late night... ridiculous... who is going to pay my time i have to spend looking for my packages? Including time i had/have to take off in order to be able to receive my packages.

I know why FedEx employees throw packages now... I feel bad for them.Bg express Is very desperate for employees be where they're tricking people currently.They're lying about the type of pay. They're lying about the hours, and they're lying about ptoIf you got paid by the packages and not by the stop you would be OK but they make it sound really good when in Reality, you're working 10 and 12 hours to barely make a living anywhere. Else you'd work 8 hours and make the same amount. And you would have benefits.Be warned.

Local staff is wonderful, 1800 number and fed ex policies are terrible. Order order an item from amazon Was not placed in the hub. Driver attempted to give my package to a gas station attendant, when attendant refused item, driver made no call or attempt to reach me, labeled it as incorrect address and shipped back to sender. 800 number initially told me they couldn't help, until I got mad at them, then suddenly there was a solution to intercept at local facility. Staff at local facility wad wonderful and helped me get the package. This is what $70 shipment looks like at fedex.

I do not understand how if someone is hired to deliver a package to the designated address on file yet cannot simply do so. They are selfish and careless.

The driver that services my area of of this location is awful. Five out of the last 8 packages lost and left who knows where. Now I have to ship my stuff to another location and pay for gas to drive to pick it up. What a waste, why even pay for this service. When possible I request UPS to avoid FedEx.

My package has been sitting here since beginning of Jan 2023 and still today showing its here. Fedex Customer service offers no resolution.

Fed Ex Ground out of Fort Meyers Florida is the worst logistics service I have ever experienced. They are consistently late by several days to the Punta Gorda area with perishable food items arriving late and spoiled or they have to destroy them onsite or even ask us to drive their and pickup the packages. Any perishable item shipper should not be using Fed Ex Ground in this area!

Fedex refuses to deliver guns to Army Navy boot in port Charlotte fl . I highly suggest finding a different shipping service . I recommend UPS . Assuming fedex has gone woke and is now anti 2nd ammendment

Your company truly sucks! For three days my package has been delayed with no reason why. Called customer service and don't get any answers. Was told someone would call me to update hasn't happened. Very disgusted

Terrible service customer service tells you something different every time you call and they claim they can’t get ahold of the station to get you answers. That is bull I use to work for FedEx and would get customer service calls all the time.

Every delivery company can find us in Arcadia but fed ex. They said they couldn’t find us three times and sent the package back. Terrible delivery company. The RV park said they were the worst and everyone had problems with them. There is no way they even made an attempt. Now we must drive over 2 hours to get our package. The most unprofessional delivery service, don’t use them, ever!

This place simply cannot deliver my package. I went there in person and they promised it would be delivered next day, but continue to be unable to deliver a simple box of shoes to my office 15 minutes away from them. The mystery continues on. Maybe I’ll update this next year if I ever receive the package

One star only because it's required to leave a review.Customer Service at this location: -5Convenience: -5Overall experience: -5Waste of Time: +10A friend who is in upper management at FedEx corporate told me that FedEx Ground is basically a lot of independent contractors who have zero inclination to deliver the same level of service that FedEx expects from its people. I 100% support his statement. On SEVERAL occasions I was forced to use FedEx Ground due to retailers not offering any other option and every time the package either shows up late or not at all. My latest order is no exception. I paid $30 for expedited shipping for a package that was supposed to arrive yesterday. It was "out for delivery" until - drum roll - it wasn't. After numerous phone calls with the FedEx customer service line I was told I could drive to FedEx Ground at Jetport Loop and pick up my package. Wow. Okay. I arrive and stand outside for literally 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the call box. The gentleman before me said he was waiting long before I even arrived and that he came from Naples to pick up HIS items because they were delivered to several different addresses (again: wow) and finally routed back to Jetport Loop. Needless to say, when I FINALLY received response on the callbox I was told my package was on a truck with "about 900 other packages" and they were not going to attempt to retrieve it for me but I would (hopefully) receive it on Monday. Frankly, we pay for expedited shipping so that our packages arrive on time, not three days later. They also used Hurricane Ian as an excuse but let's be honest: they have been just as consistently bad long before Ian hit us. It's just how they are.One hour of a very busy morning completely wasted. Trust me: they don't give a s**t if you get your package. It's not their problem, it's yours.
