1.Yesterday, Visit started with no one there at 7am for my car drop off for 10am oil change.
2. Rescheduled for 2pm yesterday. Dropped car off at 1:45 pm for an oil change.
3. around 3pm got a call from service person recommending fuel system cleaning, wheel alignment, and 4 new tires. I accepted fuel system cleaning and alignment and refused new tires if completed by 4:45pm. Service person offered free oil change. I arrived at 4:50pm and saw my car in service bay on the floor with hood down. I assumed vehicle was done as to Firestone printed policy. Service person said alignment was not done yet. Went to pay and no apology for delays by Firestone staff; and no free oil change because alignment not done.
4. I was promised service documents would be e-mailed. Received nothing and called this morning. Discovered that Firestone was not using current addresses for home and email, but one from 2012. Service staff had checked our phone numbers but not email or home address
5. There was no sign of protection paper on drivers seat/floor or windshield oil change reminder sticker.

They need more people. Had an appointment for 2pm. I am writing this almost 3 hours later. It took two hours to get my car into the garage. I was literally ready to reschedule when they finally took it in. I was told it would be about 45 minutes to complete. Never would have thought I'd have to be here for 3 hours. They weren't rude or anything, and again, they seem short staffed, but it's unacceptable. All I needed was ONE tired change cause it had a nail. I'm still waiting to hear if they are patching it or replacing it. If theytell me I have to replace it, I'll be a bit upset cause I feel like it was in a spot that could be patched. Will update after I "pay".
Update after paying: so I did have to pay $170 for just one new tire replacement. This was with the roadside hazard plan that they have. I feel like I should have just went in there and bought a tire and replaced it myself and saved some money. He said I'd get prorated but I just don't feel like that really happened. I mean of course I'm not a mechanic so I can't fully make the call on whether it was a patch job or not but I just feel like sometimes you never know if you're taking advantage of or not. Again they were super nice so it's hard to give a lower rating because of it but again based off the job itself that's why they're only getting three stars. I get things happen but again waiting 3 hours is just too long for one tire change
Update: they changed the wrong tire. Same tire I was having issues with is now at 23psi. Was up to 33 yesterday when I had to refill it again. So not only did they change the wrong tire, they didn't even look to see if it was a patch job. I will be going up to leadership with this complaint. That is how you know when someone tries to scam you. Doesn't even do their due diligence. Just swap the tire and get paid more. Nope.
Another update: so I went back and asked them what happened. They said they changed the wrong tire because it was a non-firestone tire that had really bad wear and tear on the inner part. So he had assumed that was the one in question. I did clearly say that there was a hole and that it was the back left tire. In the end everything worked out in the sense I got the right tire replaced and I got the tire that actually had an issue fixed with a patch. Which is what I thought they would do anyways. So I had to spend $170 on a new tire that probably wasn't going to pop anytime soon because they had switched out the wrong one. They are really nice there you know so it's not like I want to make trouble for people, but I may be calling corporate to see if there's anything they're willing to do as far as discounts go because I was essentially forced to get a new tire because I wasn't aware they switched out the wrong one.

I wish I could put zero stars. Got a huge nail in our tire and came to ask if there’s a chance they could patch it up since it was an emergency. Right away the guy gave attitude to us and said “nah can’t do it, come tomorrow” and kept saying “nah”. Then as we were leaving he stood there and watched us and kept laughing. If you don’t have time to patch up a tire, how do you have time to stand there and watch? This place has to hire new workers. What a joke.

Had an emergency of a nail in the tire, the front desk said my men cannot do that because they are busy, in an incredibly rude attitude... my uncle asks for the guy’s name and said don’t worry about it. Currently driving, 15 mins into our drive the nail fell off driving on the highway and now the air in the tire is leaking.

Horrible service!
I was there for an alignment and it was horrible. I was charged almost $300 and they couldn’t not even get it close to where it needed to be to be.
So I had to take it to another place to get it done right.

Wade is a great asset. He understood the needs of my car being experienced with RHD Japanese cars thanks to her time there in the military. So that I didn’t have to wait long, he jumped in and did my alignment personally.

Overcharged me $200 from the telephone quote and I found out later that my tire that had a small nail in the tread between the middle of the tire and medial 1/3 could have been patched or plugged and in fact I did not need to purchase 2 new tires. I had photos that I showed a friend who is a mechanic and he just shook his head. Also charged me $83 to change a taillight bulb that after looking on you tube takes 1 minute with 1 screw above the tail light opens up and the bulb is right there. for a 3 dollar bulb and charged 30 minutes labor. I was quoted on the phone $550 for 2 tires on sale. When I picked up my car it was $750 and the person at the counter lied to me and told me a totally different conversation from the one I had with him. I don't mind paying for good service, but this place is a bait and switch and dishonest. The clerk offered to take off the tires and put my tires back on. Unbelievable. Firestone in Chicago was reputable. Not in Ft Myers!!
