I had an appointment at 1. There was only one tech, I left at 3 but they gave me 50% off for the time I had to wait. I didn't have to ask and I wasn’t expecting it either. I would definitely return after the customer service received.

Ty, Baxter & Yuri were truly lifesavers when it came to giving me great service on Christmas Eve. I lost 4 out 5 Lugnuts on my tiresand had some major rust issues going on that I was not aware of. I thought I was gonna be stranded in Fort Meyers til the following Tuesday after Christmas. The team all worked together to get the neccasary parts and repairs done so I could go on with my holiday plans. Thanks a Million and I will be back if I ever need to.

The best customer service at the store. Everyone's always so amazing. This shop takes customer service to a whole new level. We love doing business with this particular store the "Kenwood & 41" Firestone. It's always such a pleasure to see everyone's smiling faces, and you remind us to assist and help with any situation. :)

Very disappointed.Slow onboarding process. They did not even bother to tell me when my car was ready. It took really long to fix a flat and when I got up to complain I saw that my car was already in the parking lot, but nobody bothered to let me know that my car was done.I will never use them again.

Title: let your yes be yes and your no be no. This morning I was calling around for quotes of oil changes. I was getting quotes of $126-130. Last call was to Firestone. They came in at $116 and then had an instore coupon for 15% off. So said total was "$98.03." (Note the quotes) So I come in. I tell Mr. Luis that I was quoted $98.03. He starts in with ..."im not saying you weren't, I just need to look it up. # 1 Luis is now saying giving me the excuse that Luke is brand new and he quoted me a dollar more off than he should and he should have quoted me for just the oil discount. # 2 So now Luis is telling me OTD price is actually $98.38. I tell Luis..it would be great if it could be the price I was quoted. To which #3 Luis goes: " don't be like that bro. It's $.30 bro. If you want I can give the $.30 (mind you...major attitude behind it all) And now makes it a point to count each individual cent like im stupid. And upon collecting...Luis goes...you forgot your $.10. Listen...A) loose the tude and B ) at the end of the day...its never about the thing ie the $.30. It's about the principle. Let your yes be yes and your no be no! I've now warned you all about this location: they will throw the new guy under their own bus and misquote on the phone in one foul swoop.

They took care of my issue right away. The front-desk person checked my car, went in, back to the computer and the problem was solved in less than an hour. Thank you Firestone for you high-quality and excellent customer service.

My wife's car developed a flat. So, I pulled the wheel and took it up to this place because it was the closest to her work. Rodney is quite the impressive young man. Knowledgeable, attentive, soft spoken and professional to a tee. Excellent customer service and excellent communication. I ended up replacing the tire because he took the time to show me how the sidewall had become compromised. He was concerned for my wife's safety. THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE MORE BUSINESSES NEED TO PROVIDE. So guess what? Because of him I'll be bringing her car back to them to replace the three remaining dealership caliber Yokohamas with three more of the Bridgestones he recommended. He has more than earned our repeat business.

Stopped in on the way to another mechanic in fear of not making it,I stated my issues so as to help with any diagnostics, alternator, battery, starter, ignition. My car was loosing power as I drove and was sluggish if any to start and turn over.Met Jimmy on the inside,So I decided to leave the car for a closer look.Hours later the verdict was in, dead battery. The last one had made it 3 years and a month. So I replaced it with a fair price of what he offered in a 3-year warranty which is basically standard.Along with other checks of the car he printed out what could be looked at or replaced, with an estimate of $2400. (Shocks, struts, rear diff, oil change, labour)Car is still running without issue, just replacing the die hard battery. I had a pleasant experience and will bring it back in case something else happens.

READ THIS!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATIONI would also suggest steering clear of the Firestone franchise, as well. See below. The only reason I even consider Firestone is because I have the CFNA Credit Card which I use to cover car breakdown emergencies. The engine light on my daughter’s KIA Forte5 came on this morning. A mechanic friend of mine was kind enough to use his scanner to identify the error code which identified the problem. The scan revealed that the VVT Exhaust Solenoid was bad. (I know nothing about car engines, so I had no idea what that was). We located the part (new) at NAPA for $80 and my friend removed the old part and installed the new part in less than 5 minutes. We also identified that the oil level was extremely low so had the oil changed at Jiffy LubeUnfortunately, the engine light came on again on her way home. We took the car to Firestone, 12876 S. Cleveland Ave (US 41), Fort Myers.Prior to us getting to the Firestone, my wife called and spoke with the store manager, Jimmy Rose. He would not talk to my wife until she told him what part we had already changed. At the time my wife did not know the specific part name. Mr. Rose told my wife she needed to find out what part we replaced so he “knew what he was getting into” and told her to call back when she found out.We brought the car in and a few hours later we received a call with the diagnosis that the “intake solenoid” was bad and needed to be replaced as well. They quoted us almost $600 for the repair. I asked for the breakdown of costs and Mr. Rose told me the part alone was $342 along with other charges. I checked NAPA, Advanced Auto and O'Reilly Auto Parts within miles of the Firestone and the new solenoids ranged from $94 to $168. Again, this repair was a 5-minute fix.I picked up the car and still had to pay about $70 for their “engine diagnostic” …they plugged a scanner into the car…THIS IS TYPICAL FIRESTONE. I know this firsthand. I worked for them in a management training program a few years ago. From the interview to my resignation, FIRESTONE proved itself to be deceptive, unethical and routinely overcharges customers. It took ONE call to another popular auto repair shop, and they are doing it for less than HALF the Firestone price. $250 for the whole repair. I received better customer service on the phone from this location than Mr. Jimmy Rose chose to provide while my wife and I were standing in the Firestone location. I got typical “I could care less” attitude for the store manager, Jimmy, and the... kid... working with him.AVOID THIS STORE

I hate auto shops. But, I had a good experience here. The manager was good to work with. No BS, no overselling. Just addressed what I needed and the price for tires, compared to Costco, was better. That surprised me. When he told me the price, it was a total out the door price. No extras, no surprises. That is the way business should be done. So thanks.
