Goodwill Retail & Donation Center is a huge, excellently organized nonprofit store offering a great shopping experience. It provides a good selection of both used items and new items, like brand new sheets and linens. The money raised from sales supports many community programs and services, such as affordable housing, employment services, and small business training. Customer experiences vary. Many report positive interactions, describing staff as super polite, amazing, and providing awesome assistance. Some note that staff can make the process easy, may allow the use of moving carts and a loading area, and can hold items for 48 hours. They are often willing to work a little later, sometimes letting customers in past closing time. However, other visits can be less consistent. A customer felt treated poorly, describing the manner of an employee as strange and disrespectful, which made them feel very angry and bad. Issues with items, like staining on brand new sheets, have also been noted. Overall, while many definitely recommend the store for finding great items and for its community mission, the service experience may depend on the specific visit and staff member.
This place is massive, half the merch is new and the rest is donated. They have a lot of women's shoes unfortunately they don't bother to wipe anything down before putting it on the floor. Always find a stellar buy be ready to spend some time locating it tho. This place is massive.

If you make it here past 4:30, just try to check in because they usually work a little later. Sometimes they'll let you in.

Found some great items today EXCEPT, I bought brand new sheets from here and there is some type of staining on them. They are brand new, from whatever brand of linen they sell that comes in a pack.
