“We were given a room in the Captiva tower with a lovely view of the causeway. We went out to dinner and returned to a horrible smell in our room. It smelled like a dead rat in the wall. We called the front desk and they suggested the smell was coming off the water at low tide. Dead fish from the cold temps. Why would they put someone in these rooms when they are subjected to such unhealthy and unpleasant conditions…”
“This is an older mixed use shopping center on Route 41. Outback is the main anchor tenant, but don't overlook all the other businesses there. There's a really nice French/Vietnamese restaurant. Was actually here on this last trip for the Escape Room place on the second floor where there are business offices.”
“2 hour dinner with sunset cruise in Sanibel Harbour. Captain and crew was very warm and welcoming. Appetizers were fresh. Fresh fruit, vegetables, nice variety of cheeses and crackers. Indoor/outdoor seating. Servings were perfect. We had assigned seating according to party size for our buffet style dinner. Starting with a variety of salads: pasta, green salad, quinoa; vegetable medley; fresh asparagus. Potatoes; main entrees were; salmon; chicken; Alfredo shrimp pasta and prime cut beef medallions with gravy. Dessert was, cheese cake, carrot cake, chocolate cake. Atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting. Dining areas were clean. Our sunset was spectacular! Yes we would do this again!! ?”
“We loved everything about our stay. As soon as we walked in, Allison was friendly and welcoming. She gave us several recommendations for what to do in Fort Myers. The room was clean, and the sheets were some of the softest sheets we had slept on. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Crystal and her staff are awesome. They go above and beyond for their guests and treat them like family. Very convenient location and 2 minutes away from Health Park Hospital. Rooms are spacious and virtually sound proof. This hotel gives the best bang for your buck this close to the beach. Only thing missing is breakfast.”

“The place isn’t much very basic efficiency , but the people there make it cool. Felicia and Sean were awesome and got my issues handled quickly. Nothing bad to say about the place it’s just a bit on the small side. Perfect for a single body.”
“Very interesting hotel. My room is very clean. It smells good. The bed is relatively new and comfortable. The locks work most of the time, and, when it won’t unlock, they are happy to give you a new key. However, there is no coffeemaker in the room, they don’t have coffee at the front desk until 8 AM, 8 AM! I went to put some ice cream in the freezer last night and the refrigerator was not even plugged in. Oddly, there is no clock. But, if you want a room to sleep in that is safe and you don’t mind walking down the street to the Racetrak to get your coffee in the morning at a reasonable hour, this is the place for you. If you want more than this, expect to pay double.”

“Great stay. The staff is the reason we returned. Very friendly, straight forward and understanding. Any issues are resolved immediately. The management does a fantastic job. It's not the Hilton but definitely a good place to stay. Great location on US 41, minutes from anything you need.”

“We were worried about booking due to reviews but don’t believe everything you read. Patience and understanding will get you a long way. The hotel is renovating post hurricane Ian, mineral springs smell like sulphur, and the staff was wonderful. HOT shower and a spacious room is what we needed after a week in Disney and that’s what we got. We were so impressed with the accommodations we are reviewing it on our first of 4 nights. Mattresses could be better, but Rome wasn’t built in a day. Overall, a great little “resort stay” without the stress.”
