“On Friday , I booked an appt on line for Tuesday . As I pulled in the parking lot I let them know I was there and within 30 Seconds of walking in my name was called. The staff is always very friendly and very good at what they do.”

“New visit April 2025: phlebotomist was very kind and chatty, put me at ease. She seemed to love her job. At first I thought the wait was too long, but then I saw everything she had to do with the computer and I realized it is the system, not the workers. A majority of the time was the accounting on the system. It would be nice if maybe that part could be done at the end of the day so people didn't have to wait through it.
Past visit: Very low key, never crowded. Staff is friendly and competent. Easy location with many services including radiology. Much easier than going to bass road, which is also great but far for me. Results on mychart portal very quick,”

“Ended up getting to the lab a half hour before my appointment because I thought traffic was going to be terrible getting there. As soon as I finished checking in, they asked if I had an appointment and took me immediately.”
“First time here and I had no appointment. Everyone was great, very nice and accommodating. Had to do a urine drug test, was taken back within 10 minutes the first time lol. Had to stay and get more because I didn't have enough Robyn said you can go up front and drink some water, they had a cooler. Which I did, took about 20 minutes I went back up, she took me back right away this time all good. And I could leave. Robyn and all the other staff members were great”
“LaTanya is by far the best lab technician at Labcorp. She finds my veins when no one else is able to do so. I drive from far away just to have only LaTanya do my lab work. Also, she never hurts me. She has a gift with the needles. I have come here for years. Love her so much!!!”
