“Scheduling was fast and easy. Check in was even easier. I was told to click a text link upon arrival, which I did and was told to have a seat, 2 minutes later I was being ushered to have my blood drawn. Every member of the staff was pleasant and welcoming.”

“I was preparing for the worst, but they seemed helpful to myself and my spouse. I was a walk in for my test (do not recommend this) and they helped me to fit me in. I’ve been to other labcorps that told me the organization laid off employees and keeps the lab understaffed. This isn’t the only one that’s operating managed by medical assistants who also draw blood. I feel like people are blaming them for something that’s not their fault. They seem to be doing their best and trying to stay sane. The key is to have an appointment. If you have an appointment and come an hour earlier, it’s much easier than no appointment at all. In the past, I had a good experience here at this Labcorp location: 5172 Mason Corbin Ct, Fort Myers, FL 33907 for those who can make it over there. They have less patients so it’s calmer. Extremely easy to be seen as a walk-in over there.”
