At first I thought the wait was too long, but then I saw everything she had to do with the computer and I realized it is the system, not the workers. A majority of the time was the accounting on the system. It would be nice if maybe that part could be done at the end of the day so people didn't have to wait through it. Past visit: Very low key, never crowded. Staff is friendly and competent. Easy location with many services including radiology. Much easier than going to bass road, which is also great but far for me. Results on mychart portal very quick,”

“I have been going to Labcorp since I lived in Bonita Springs, Fl. moved to Ft.Myers 4 years ago and started going to the one in Ft. Myers...personally both places have been great. You also have to be jovial when you come in with a smile on your face and greet the workers there and interact with them, it works both ways. The receptionists are not rude, yes it's true they have 2, this last appointment I had I came early as I usually do with an appointment, I had to wait for my turn, but went it exactly at my appt. time. The technician was the same one I have had for the last 4 years. I interacted with her and gave her a hug, she is exceptional and very efficient, angel hands when she takes your blood samples! It's all about love, love reacts to love! Owners just need to employ more technicians and stop just worrying about their profits and more about their employees!”
