“First time here and I have to say that Tammy is a m'fing rock star. She was manning the entire location on her own. There was a wait time of almost 2 hours, but she busted her tail and got everyone in and out as fast as she could. Being a nurse I realize how complicated her job can be, not only dealing with patients, but having to deal with insurance, doctors, etc. It's not easy to keep your composure like that and bang out the kind of results she did. I had a ton of blood work and she took the time to make sure of my insurance coverage, she verified with my physician. I've just never had someone take care of me in this type of setting the way she did... especially with no help. Lee Health hired one of the best when they brought her on board and I she deserves a pay raise.”

“I had to go for a glucose tolerance test for my pregnancy and do not take getting blood taken well. Nicole was amazing in making me feel comfortable and she definitely knew what she was doing. In any quest you will have a wait time, I was there over 4 hours but how nice everyone was made up for the wait. The receptionist was really sweet too and all other nurses telling me bye and good luck. Overall really happy I got Nicole as my nurse/doctor”

“I have been going to Labcorp since I lived in Bonita Springs, Fl. moved to Ft.Myers 4 years ago and started going to the one in Ft. Myers...personally both places have been great. You also have to be jovial when you come in with a smile on your face and greet the workers there and interact with them, it works both ways. The receptionists are not rude, yes it's true they have 2, this last appointment I had I came early as I usually do with an appointment, I had to wait for my turn, but went it exactly at my appt. time. The technician was the same one I have had for the last 4 years. I interacted with her and gave her a hug, she is exceptional and very efficient, angel hands when she takes your blood samples! It's all about love, love reacts to love! Owners just need to employ more technicians and stop just worrying about their profits and more about their employees!”
