“When I found out that I needed back surgery and would have limited ability to walk upstairs to our bedroom for sometime, I began looking into renting a hospital bed. I called a number of places, compared prices, and also compared the conversations that I had on the phone. I was most impressed with Mobility City. My husband and I visited their showroom. Everything about the showroom was sparkling clean.A very kind and helpful man helped us pick out the things we needed for a two week period for a very reasonable price. On the day before surgery, two gentlemen arrived with our rental equipment and carefully set it up in our dining area. A little over two weeks later, a gentleman from the store called and asked if I would like to have an extension or if I was ready for them to recover the equipment. On a designated date, two gentlemen arrived and carefully disassembled all of the equipment and carefully removed it from our dining room. My husband and I highly recommend Mobility City. The equipment looks like new and operates smoothly. Should you need equipment to help you navigate your life on a temporary basis, Mobility City would be a very helpful place to visit.”

“My Insurance Case Manager suggested A New Dawn for prosthetics and bras. I called to set up a bra fitting and was asked for my insurance and once approved, I’d set up an appointment. I got a call back from Jennifer to set up the appointment. She was very pleasant over the phone and in person. There were a lot of options to choose from and Jennifer made the bra fitting experience very comfortable and easy. I would highly recommend this location.”

“I went to buy a transport wheelchair to use for my daughter’s upcoming post op appointments. I explained my limitations as far as weight of the wheelchair was concerned. The woman who waited on me was kind, patient and made sure that I was able to handle the wheelchair that I purchased. She took the time to explain the features and then walked out to my car to assist me if needed. Fortunately it has worked out well. In addition, the price was very reasonable.”

I would also like to recognize the RT Manager/Supervisor, whose leadership and support have played a fundamental role in my experience. The professionalism, communication, and patient-centered care demonstrated by this team reflect strong leadership and a genuine commitment to their patients. I also want to give very special recognition to the Respiratory Therapist (RT) who personally trained and assisted me with my CPAP equipment. His knowledge, professionalism, patience, and willingness to listen carefully to my concerns made my experience exceptional. This same Respiratory Therapist had previously assisted my husband, who uses BiPAP therapy. He was incredibly compassionate and patient with him. He took the time to make sure my husband was comfortable and that his mask was the correct fit. He even paid special attention to protecting the skin on my husband’s face, which has become increasingly sensitive and delicate. That level of attention and compassion meant a great deal to us. For our family, this kind of care goes far beyond simply providing medical equipment. It is about understanding the individual needs of each patient, making sure they are comfortable and safe, and treating them with dignity and compassion. My sincere appreciation to the RT Manager/Supervisor, Michelle, Donna, the Respiratory Therapist, and the entire team. Their teamwork, dedication, professionalism, knowledge, and compassionate care have made a tremendous difference for both my husband and me. It is clear that this team truly knows what they are doing. Their experience, professionalism, and genuine commitment to patient care are evident in everything they do.
