“The delivery of the PODS was according to the schedule. Since I had trouble open the door, I called the service line and they scheduled the driver to come by to help open the door on Monday morning. They were right there and only took a few minutes to open the door. They really knew what they were doing. I wish the service could have informed me the time they would be here but I had to call to find out that morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Overall, good experience. The door design should be improved.”

“We were impressed with the overall business model. Our first visit was to review the furniture items being moved. It involved a brief conversation and discussion of some of the important pieces. Maybe 20-30 minutes tops. The estimator knew the exact number of boxes we would need even though we were handling the packing of same. Our proposal was received the same day. We had one other bid that was $200 less but Ray's came through with an itemized list of our belongings. Aside from a few minor changes we made, Ray's proposal package provided a complete picture of what we needed. We requested crating and the day of the move they showed up prepared. Our team consisted of the 3 J's (highly recommend these 3) and they were awesome, professional and respectful, engaging and all 3 had a great sense of humor. We had a great day together. We watched the 3 work independantly but supported each other. There was never an idol mombent. The truck was a great set up as well (maybe hydraulics), very impressive and we were not concerned about the road trip. At the end of the day, we were thrilled to have worked with Ray's team and would recommend their services any time.”

“Contracted with U-pack that uses ABF Freight. Dropped off a cube to our home in Mishawaka Indiana and picked up cube when we were finished loading the cube. We were not billed until ABF picked the cube from our starting location. A week later ABF dropped off in Florida. Our kids loaded the cube and we hired a company to unload. Within a day after dropping cube off in Florida, we called ABF and they picked up the cube the following day. Any question I had u-pack answered. ABF placed the cube in the exact place we wanted. Their employees were kind and easy to work with. What a wonderful experience. Thank you!!”

I called them “my angels” because I needed them at a very specific day and time and they made it work!My valuables were treated with the best care and they worked efficiently.Only issue—- the invoice that was emailed was $150 higher than I was originally quoted over the phone and when I called to ask why he did say “well you need a truck, right?” So just ask more questions. Yes I need a truck and I assumed that was included in my original quote.I would still hire them again. They are professionals.”

“WE HAD A VERY LONG STORAGE/MOVE EXPERIENCE WITH PACKRAT FROM FORT MYERS TO OHIO- THE PEOPLE INVOLVED DID A GREAT JOB WITH A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF LOGISTICS- ROBERTO IN THE OHIO FACILITY WORKED VERY HARD TO COORDINATE AND COMPLETE MY MULTI INTWINED LOGISTICS DELIVERY PERFECTLY- THE DRIVERS WERE PATIENT AND HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE AND HARD WORKING- MITZI IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY HELPFUL AS WELL- THE ONLY ISSUE I WOULD ADD IS THAT ONCE THEY TOOK MY 2 UNITS FROM FLORIDA ON THE WAY TO OHIO I HAD NO INFORMATION OR COMMUNICATION FOR ALMOST A WEEK- NO INFORMATION ABOUT COORDINATION WITH THE NEW STORAGE FACILITY- I WOULD SUGGEST A MODICUM OF COMMUNICATION DURING THAT TIME LETTING CLIENT KNOW WHAT THE NEXT STEPS WERE AND WHAT TO EXPECT- BESIDE THAT EVERYTHING WAS SEAMLESS”
