“Great company but one of the service guys doesn’t know etiquette. I have never had service performed where the technician doesn’t let his presence be known. He immediately starts working on the machine without saying a word. Then he leaves without saying a word. Doesn’t give us a rundown of what occurred, there’s no paper to sign, nothing! We are left wondering where things stand. He is very unfriendly”
