“We ordered 2 king beds from another company and they lost them in transit ( unbelievable I know) so we took a chance Mattress Firm would have in stock/deliverable beds within 48 hours and Angelica was awesome. She understood our frustration with sleeping on the floor and showed us all beds that were in stock and could be delivered within 48 hours ( July 4th holiday approaching) and difference between hybrid & traditional. “I cannot even begin to express how wonderful BOTH Josh and Jeff were to work with..during and after the 4 trips I made to replace shades on the two beautiful white shutter side lamps! At no fault of theirs (due to the shades were covered with clear cellophane, very hard to see creases and or blemishes)…also extremely difficult to distinguish between the shade color of white and “off white”…regardless..no questions asked..the entire staff was more than happy to help me find just the perfect match for both lamps..
Not just that..the entire store holds so many treasures at reasonable prices..not to mention they have boxed Florida themed premium Christmas cards for only $7.99, I paid over $16.00 for the same cards at other boutique stores! We bought a King and a Queen mattress for our two bedrooms, along with great mattress covers/protectors. The mattress covers/proctectors were much greater quality and feel than the old ones we had.

One more we had had enough and went shopping for mattresses.
We originally wanted to look at one namebrand we had seen a lot of advertising on. But once we get there, we found that it was a foam mattress and it was collapsible. Sat on the side and I could fall on the floor.
It was then that Ms. Delise came to our rescue.
She is very well schooled in all things mattresses. She did an excellent job explaining them to us.
She took us from the best of the three mattresses we had selected to a tremendous mattress on the other side of the room.
She did it to show us the difference. Compare what a top level mattress feels like on an adjustable frame compared to this other one that was supposed to be a good mattress.
I’ll cut to the chase here. We ended up buying the top level mattress. It was much more expensive that we had planned on spending.
But because of the education we had gotten, the excellent service she provided in the realization that we’re looking at which mattress we would spend the rest of our lives on, every single night.
When your chronic pain you’re always looking for relief.
She put us on a mattress That honestly relieved the pain in my lower back while I laid on the mattress. That doesn’t happen anywhere else.
When I was in sales long ago, I learned that sales is not selling. Sales is identifying the real need and providing a solution.
After more than a week on the new bed, we are absolutely loving it. We’re both sleeping much better. And the anti-gravity position is heavenly.
It’s a store. The mattresses laid out in rows. Just like any mattress store.
But the lady that Is able to identify the reason for needing a mattress and then giving you the right one is the real reason it’s a great store.”
