I had the worst time when I call I literally had to go in, but going in I will say was much better they treated me so good and took care of my problems right away with no issues.

The men's department is very clean organized and had everything laid out very well , I was informed however the women's side was not as satisfactory , however it might be that there is much more traffic on the women's side in my opinion.

Love this place! Helped when a sweater I wore ONE time was ripped up the side, and replaced it for me. I will be coming back to this Old Navy.
