“This was my 5th stop in what was thus far a sad dress shopping experience. I'm in my 50's and upon 1st entering didn't think the store was 'me', but told Brandi, the sales associate, what I was looking for and all the 'must haves'. She literally pulled TWO dresses off of the rack which I would NEVER have picked for myself and they were PERFECT. This is astounding and never happens to me becsaue I am super critical of how I look in things (I am not skinny). It was just a great experience and Brandi was lovely. This was late Oct 2023.”
“Let me just start by saying that this place has the absolute best customer service!!! I had just 2 weeks to find my dress ! The main issue was that it was part of a designers “ fall collection” and it was still summer so not many stores had it and whoever did had just store samples that sold out within hours ! I called over 300 stores to find THE DRESS! Countless hours on the phone calling different states and dealing with different time zones we were running out of time and no one would go the extra mile to help! (Since people generally order atleast 6 -12 months out they all just kind of brushed me off as crazy and telling me it was impossible ) I almost lost hope because they all had me believing it was just too late! Well little did I know I would find it in our own backyard !! I had just 5 days left until my daughters party and This particular store didn’t have the dress but their sister property did and the manager went above and beyond to get it overnighted for me and in my hands in less than 24hrs! Thank you so much, I could never thank you enough !!”
“Staff at this location is pretty on their game. While shopping with my daughters, they were happy to answer our questions, help us find different sizes and more.On the one hand, pretty basic things, on the other hand - Hot Topic is a solid boutique brand with nice clothes and accessories, but I wouldn't normally list customer service as a strength.This location has me reconsidering. Well worth a visit.”

In my opinion, Citi Trends has the most updated fashion styles, collections and genres that you could ever find in Fort Myers!!! I swear you can find perfumes to electronics, brand-named items for literally 94% off compared to other Dept Stores!! Ex: my fave perfume and lotion is $24.99, but Citi Trends only charges $3.99!!! And, NOO...there is nothing wrong with the bottle or product itself!.. ??”

“The best pickles around. I used to live in fort Myers and pick up the specialty pickles frequently. I even have the Pickles reward card! Sweet Hotties are my family's favorite. We usually take 4 to 6 containers north every time we went to visit. “So many simply lovely items! Even in my larger size, there were many beautiful choices. I was met at the door by a wonderfully sweet woman, who served as my stylist for my visit! I travel in an electric wheelchair, which can make perusing the racks in a smaller shop (smaller than typical Goodwill, lol) a little challenging. She not only found me the perfect cardigan, which had been my purpose for shopping,but showed me through the shop's rooms. She picked out a couple of items that I normally would never have taken a second look at, but having gotten a sense of my style, thought would look good. “Like many customers, I discovered this boutique when attending a production of the Florida Repertory Theater, across the way. If your taste is edgy and eclectic, check this place out. I love what they carry! While not inexpensive, there's a sales rack with prices at least 50% off. And if you attend a production at the Rep you'll likely reap a 20% discount off regularly-priced merchandise. They carry beautiful jewelry, two lines of which I already wear: Ayala Bar and Tagua. I was turned on to Alembika, a fun, Israeli brand of clothing they stock. If you're downtown Fort Myers and appreciate fashion you'll not likely find in TJ Maxx, pop in. Alison, on the sales floor, has a great sense of style, and is very helpful.”

“I went with my daughter to visit The Franklin Shops in downtown Fort Myers and we had a wonderful time. I liked the layout of the store and their swirling staircase to get to their second level. We both absolutely loved all of their amazing crystals, cool clothing, and neat creations and gifts. Their prices were reasonable and the staff was nice and helpful. I bought a few crystals and a cute necklace from there. My daughter ended up buying some awesome colorful pants as well as a couple of crystals also. Wonderful experience! Can't wait to go back and see what else I can find to buy.”
