“The staff of Hollywood Feed are ALWAYS friendly, offering any info or assistance you might need. I love their policy of accepting return of an open bag of food if your pet(s) won’t eat it. (Hollywood Feed donates the open bag to shelters). Their store is well stocked with many excellent pet food, accessories and toys (including holiday themed ones). Highly recommend !”

They notified me to let me know they had ran out of stock of the product I ordered but it was also out of stock on the manufacturer's website so it wasn't a surprise. Trey said he would inform me as soon as they received their next shipment which he did along with the tracking number. Great customer service and would highly recommend.”
“Enjoyed the visit. Took dog with us. They had a pretty good selection of ProPlan food. We were able to get the 33lbs bag and at check out given a $15 discount!!! That's fabulous. “I came to get two of my cats microchipped. They were very quick and helpful. It was also much cheaper than my vets office. I'd rather do it here because I figured they certainly have their records in the computer and I don't have to worry about different microchips, not registering or coming up in their system if God forbid they got lost.”

“Dr. Neuman is our primary vet and I will tell you that this ENTIRE staff treats us just like family. Our 'kids' love them and so do we!! Each and every person from the front desk staff knowing us when we come in or even call...to the techs like Ashley who also know us and treat us so very well. Even Dr. Richards knows our boys and they just adore the treatment and attention they receive when we need to visit (so do us parents). The staff is always empathetic (even when my anxiety goes haywire) and they are 'go out of their way' helpful to us.

“Dylan was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient during the process of getting our new puppy. This business is filled with professional staff and the place is so clean. They also take care of the puppies so well. Gianna was outstanding while wcplainkng all of our finance options. This was an amazing experience start to finish! We love it here. “A few days ago i visited the flea market and found this pet shop looking for a particular bird green cheek. The price was acceptable compared to Pets Smart and other pet shops. I found the place to be very organized, well lighted, and with great hygiene. The owners of the pet shop were very polite, and they really helped me pick out what I really wanted. They gave me tips on how to care for it at home since I also got a baby one. I would definitely recommend this pet shop to anyone that wants to buy a pet for your home.”
