“What a wonderful experience at Bayshore Animal Hospital with our puppy Winnie. It’s an all female staff, which is great for our puppy because she’s a little bit afraid of men. Everyone was so nice and sweet and gentle with her. The price was very reasonable. The weait was not long at all for our appointment. I would definitely recommend this Animal Hospital to anybody with pets.”

I'm not thrilled about birds and fish being sold in pet stores, since so little vetting goes into finding the animals good homes. I will say that every time I've stopped in, the budgies and cockatiels look healthy and spirited. I unfortunately don't know enough about fish care to speak to their aquariums, but nothing looks gross (except the requisite bettas in tiny cups). I wish they had more toys or enrichment for their birds in the store, but compared to the conditions I've seen in other pet stores, they do a good job keeping things clean and healthy.”

“Dr. Neuman is our primary vet and I will tell you that this ENTIRE staff treats us just like family. Our 'kids' love them and so do we!! Each and every person from the front desk staff knowing us when we come in or even call...to the techs like Ashley who also know us and treat us so very well. Even Dr. Richards knows our boys and they just adore the treatment and attention they receive when we need to visit (so do us parents). The staff is always empathetic (even when my anxiety goes haywire) and they are 'go out of their way' helpful to us.

“Pet Kingdom was a great experience! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I don't remember all of the employees' names, but I spoke with about two male employees and three female employees, and every one of them was kind and welcoming. What really stood out to me was how clean and organized the store was. The animals looked well cared for, and the staff took the time to answer my questions.
All of the pet stores near my neighborhood were closed because it was Sunday, so Pet Kingdom was the closest one. I went with my little brother, and he saw the sign for the free guinea pig. He wanted me to get it for him, and I told him it would probably have to stay at my house. Long story short, we ended up bringing him home!
We've had our guinea pig for about two days now. He's still a little shy, but from what I can tell, he looks healthy. This is our first guinea pig, so we're still learning, but we're excited. Thank you again, Pet Kingdom, for your kindness and for giving us our new little friend!”
